How long have you been modelling for?

I’ve been modelling for 3 years

How did you initially get into modelling?

I was first scouted on the street when I was much younger but never really pursued it.

When I reached about 18/19 friends started to asking me to do shoots for them etc. In the end I quit my job and pursued modelling full time.

Who have you previously modelled for?

I worked on the reality show ‘Catfight’ , and generally modelled all over the world including, New York, LA, Milan and  Europe etc.

What would you consider to be the downsides of modelling?

I would say waiting around and also waiting to get paid from a job.

What has been your favourite modelling experience so far?

I would say working on Catfight. They flew us out to Tenerife for two weeks in the sun and I interacted with other models which was fun.  It was something different.

Inspirations include: Naomi Campbell. She is bitchy but very tough. She is still modelling on the catwalk after 30 which is rare.

Tom Ford is my other inspiration.

What advice would you give to other aspiring models?

Don’t take rejection too hard. A lot of models get rejected. It shouldn’t be taken personal, it may simply b that you don’t have the look they are looking for.

Also never pay to be on a website.

What do you think of the size 0 debate?

I think it is very unattractive. And extreme.
A Make-up Artist in New York in fact once said to me “You need to be sick looking”.

How long have you been modelling for?

I’ve been modelling for about 6 months - 1 year on and off.

How did you initially get into modelling?

I joined an agency called OP (Ordinary People) and started doing a lot of editorial work.  I go to a lot of castings and today alone I have already been to 4 castings.

Who have you previously modelled for?

I done an end of year show at Central St Martins for fashion designer ‘Satoski’ (Sol).
I also modelled for Alternative Fashion Week at Spitafields at the end of March (07)
I also modelled with Jasmia Robinson (Britain’s next top model 2) for Santanta Sports just a couple of days ago.

Inspirations include: Kate Moss, Tyra Banks.

Fashion Icon: Roberto Cavalli, Victoria Secrets

What advice would you give to other aspiring models?

Keep going, don’t stop! The week is not always steady. A lot of models give up and go back to general day jobs. Whilst you’re young go for anything that sounds appealing!

What do you think of the size 0 debate?

I think that it has made a lot of girls struggle and made the market more competitive about weight issues.  It puts a lot of pressure of models .

Even I came across an agency who did say to me that my hips were too big and I would get more work if I lost it etc.
